Labradoodle Shedding

Not all Labradoodles are non-shedding. Early generation American Labradoodles often shed.

The wool coats of the Australian Labradoodles are considered non-shedding. 

An Australian Labradoodle with a true fleece coat should not shed.

If you are seriously concerned about shedding, then an Australian Labradoodle with a wool coat may be your best bet.
