Filling out this application will automatically add you to our ‘Information List’. Once your application is approved, you will be invited to move to our ‘Adoption List’;  all you would need to do is send in your deposit of $500 towards the price of your puppy.  When the deposit is received, your placement will be held on the ‘Adoption List’.
